Revoke Facebook access
Open Facebook settings, find Business Integrations, select Adlurio and remove it. This revokes Adlurio’s permission to read your Meta advertising data. It does not stop ads or delete campaigns, advertising accounts or other data held by Meta.
Request deletion from Adlurio
Email [email protected] with the subject “Adlurio data deletion” from your Adlurio account email. Say whether you want to remove your Meta connection or delete your Adlurio account and associated app-held data. If you cannot access that email, contact us so we can verify your identity and authority before processing the request. Do not include passwords, access tokens or payment details. We will confirm the request scope and its completion by email.
What is removed
Removing the Meta connection clears the corresponding stored access token, Meta connection details and pending authorization records. It does not automatically remove your Adlurio account, profile or saved workspace preferences; include those in your email request if you want them deleted. The current integration retrieves advertising reports on demand and does not store a reporting dataset. Deletion from Adlurio does not delete the original data held by Meta or copies you have given to other clients.
Automated Meta requests
When a verified Meta deletion request reaches Adlurio’s data deletion callback, the server removes the relevant connection credentials and returns a confirmation code and a status page. That status page is available for 30 days. A security hash remains valid for 24 hours to prevent an old authorization from restoring access. The status page confirms deletion of the Meta connection credentials; it does not confirm deletion of your separate Adlurio account.
